2. Process Control Engineers

2 Nos. Experience in projects includes economical analysis and plant design, in technical plant calculations such as optimization and advanced process control application & projects.

Both the above positions, applicants should have a degree in Chemical Engg with 10-15 years experience in similar type of plants or refineries, preferably DOW Technology.

3. Control Systems Engineers

2 Nos. A degree in electrical/Instrumentation with 10/15 years experience in control system and hands on experience on DCS system upgrade & commissioning such as Yokogawa and Honeywell Experience on PLC & Plant instrumentation troubleshooting and modifications is a must.

4. Senior Chemist

1 No. Degree in Chemistry with 10/12 years experience in a petrochemical/
refinery with excellent knowledge of analytical techniques & Equipment and knowledge of materials handled, their hazards and control measures required. Knowledge of concepts & requirement of ISO 9000-16000 & SHE procedures.

5. Rotating Equipment Engineers

4 Nos. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10/15 years experience in a
petrochemical/refinery and well versed in condition monitoring/machinery reliability of rotating equipments, like gas turbines, compressors, steam turbines, pumps, fans, blowers and motors. Be conversant with international codes & standards, familiarity with software packages like Prism-4, ADRE System & ISO
9000 requirements and SHE procedures.

6. Inspection & Corrosion Engineers

2 Nos. Degree in Mech Engg with 10/15 years in a petrochemical/refinery,
conversant with hydro test procedures, NDT Techniques, Corrosion control, welding & welding inspection & API 510/570 and other relevant inspection codes & standards. Certification by ASNT NDT Level II and capable of conducting failure/root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Familiarity with ISO 9000 and SHE procedures is a must.

7. Instrument Engineer

1 No. Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with 10/15 years
experience in petrochemical/refinery with thorough knowledge on field instruments control valves, capable of conducting failure/root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Familiar with ISO 9000, relevant computer applications and hands on experience with Yokogawa Centum CS3000 System & PLCs And SHE procedures.

8. Mechanical Static Engineers

2 Nos. Degree in Mech Engg with 8/10 years experience in design of pressure
vessels/heat exchangers using PV Elite software, knowledge in CODE as ASME SEC VIII DIV 1&2, PD5500, API 650. Knowledge of piping code ASME B31.1/3/8, cross country pipeline experience and Stress Analysis of piping using software like CESAR-II/K-PIPE and familiarity with ISO 9000 & SHE procedures is a must.

9. Knowledge Officer

1 No. Degree in Computer Science or engineering degree in any discipline
with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including Web design, E-learning technique, EDMS and excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Minimum 10 years experience as Knowledge Officer in petrochemical Plants of which 3 years in supervisory position and exposure to Library Management.

10. Process Trainer

1 No. Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engg with 10 years experience in
production plants, which 5 years as Plant Supervisor & 3 years in training and instructional materials development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Computer operation in MS WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
